Yoga Sangha

Yoga Sangha is a yoga studio located at 13 North Ocean Avenue in Patchogue, New York. The studio offers various types of yoga classes, including Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, and Beginner Yoga.

The studio was founded by 7 instructors after the passing of the original owner of Yoga Yama. The current owners, Jimmy and Renee Lennon and Danielle Sicari, are continuing the legacy and preserving the beautiful studio space.

Yoga Sangha offers classes for kids, including Kids Yoga, which is held one Sunday a month. The class is designed to help kids build physical strength, flexibility, and emotional resilience, while also improving their focus and confidence.

The studio also offers special workshops and events, such as Yoga Sadhana with Krupa Shivarthy, which introduces students to a beautiful practice incorporating asana, pranayama, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and chanting. Additionally, the studio offers Men's Stretch classes, designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall recovery.

Yoga Sangha provides a welcoming space for students of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. The studio's class schedule includes a variety of classes, such as Full Ashtanga Primary Series, Yoga Nidra, Gentle Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Classical Yoga. Students can sign up for classes online or in-studio, and the studio also offers gift cards and workshops for special occasions, such as birthday parties and Girl Scout events.
